Service Immediately
after receiving information concerning mechanical problems or breakdowns
in a pulp mill, our customer service department will effectively begin
work and our qualified fieldservice team will be on your site within 24
hours. A preliminary appraisal of the damaged machinery will be assessed.
In order to minimize the delivery time, we will immediately establish
the contact between the customer and the supplier of spare parts. One
of our objectives is to minimize the downtime, therefore our service team
is prepared to work around the clock. We take the opportunity to determine
the general condition of the machinery during the repair. Providing the
time is available, we recommend a complete maintenance check in order
to avoid future interruptions in operation. |
